Dear friends,
Studio 18’s annual auditions are fast approaching (and the questions are inevitable, we get it).
If you feel the calling but have no idea on how to proceed, never fear- we are here to give you all the details you need in order to audition to be part of our programmes.
Here come the AUDITIONS FOR 2019-2020 BASICS

*Applicants must be 17 years of age by December 2019*
How:
Email info@studio18malta.com, introducing yourself and telling us which programme/s you are interested in, and any queries you may have.
Overthinking is understandable, no judgement, but make sure you send that email BEFORE the 26 June 2019.
You will then receive a confirmation email with further information about programmes and a google form, as well as basic details such as:
-When the audition will be taking place:
29 June 2019 at 1400hrs
-Where:
The Box - A Creative Arts Space, Znuber Street, Mosta
-What you’ll need to prepare for the audition:
You'll need a monologue for starters, and a second piece which is specified in the info pack.
On the day, all applicants will take part in a workshop planned and led by our current Creative Lab members. You will then get to share your pieces with the audition panel.
Be sure to give yourself some credit for taking a risk and challenging yourself; auditions are a great way to push some boundaries. Our Creative Director Jean-Marc Cafà has some personal tips for you (click here).
